John Doe born February 1, 2000 with student ID number of 1239876.

Username would be: john019876
(First/Nick Name, 2 digits day of birth, last 4 digits of your student/employee ID Number)


College security policies state that passwords must be changed every 90 days for employees and 180 days for students.

To comply with these policies:

  • User account passwords will expire after 180 days for students and 90 days for employees.
  • Users will receive a notice via e-mail beginning 10 days prior to password expiration.
  • Accounts will be disabled if the password is not changed prior to expiration.
